The little shire is secretly nestled in the back of Rookery farm. Rookery farm is a converted old working farm, made up of public use businesses and livestock. Our black nose valais sheep, angora goats and baby alpaca are friendly and love gentle attention. Along side our lovely animals we have a play park equipped with a play hobbit house, a little something for everyone.
Once you arrive you will be greeted with an array of local independent businesses offering a lovely range of shopping and eating experiences during your stay. Once you arrive you simply will not need to leave other then to explore what our amazing area has to offer. Just a few minutes from the beautiful city of Wells, the famous cheddar George and wookey hole caves. The stunning Roman city of Bath and surrounding areas.
AccommodationThe WabbitThe Wabbit is one of our larger houses, offering 3 bedrooms. 2 king sized and a bunk room (top bunk for up to 8 years old not for adult use).
A beautifully finished luxury feel home, with homely cosey furnishing touches. As soon as you walk through the door you will feel right at home in the Wabbit.
QuackersThe new 2 bedroom Quackers house is a large house which is as beautifully finished as the Wabbit.
The Charm InnOur brand new one bedroom studio house. Cosey, homely, and high quality, this small hobbit houses cuts no corners even though cute and small in size. Perfect for the small family or couple get away.
